Dad deceased cell c problems still persist

<p>My father had bought a contract cellphone with Cell c. The device had problems and was sent for repairs, My parents were advised that the device cannot be repaired, they were offered a new device but declined and advised the contract will be cancelled. My dad has called countless times for feedback got referred to a different department each time . We want clarity on the matter as an installment is still deducted each month. My dad passed away on Friday n my mother can no longer make payments for a phone she does not have. We want confirmation that the contract is cancelled and that all future payments will be stopped immediately! We really don't need this kind of stress in our time of sorrow</p>
