Horror story with cell c, I sent through a notice to cancel my 24month contract 1 month before as required by cell c. Firstly when the month to terminate the contract came cell c claimed that they had not received my request to cancel the contract. I then canceled to be effective the following month. I was under the impression that this was okay until I started getting phone calls from a so called legal department saying cell c has handed me over for a unpaid "cancelation fee". To day I just tried phoning cell c to find out what is happening, I spoke to Kabelo who asked me "security" questions which were my name, surname, ID number and my bank, Kabelo told me that she could not help me because apparently i failed to verify my NAME, SURNAME, ID NUMBER and BANK. Excuse me for not knowing my name and surname or maybe my ID or bank. I am beyond irritated and do not regret cancelling that contract. I do not recommend anyone to ever use these ****** ever!!!!!!!!!
