i am so frustrated, i have a contract with Cell C, i have upgraded last year in June happy got my phone happy days, then last week of Jan my phone top section stopped touching the top section of the phone , i couldn't use my phone i sent my phone back to cell repairs , which is still under guarantee, next thing I phone cell c repairs department after 2 weeks i send my phone for repairs i ve has been told that they have sent an mail me a quote for repairs, checking my emails no calls , only when i call them I get that quote to decline or agree to pay, the quote has 100 things that where faulty about my phone , which was not even interested into all I need is for my phone to touch screen I carry on with my life i send back the form decline the cost was too much and I ask cell c a quote for all these things wheres i just need my screen to touch and is still under warranty with Samsung , no answer ,,,,, after a week i call cell c again to get feedback no proper feedback ,,,, i call cell c today 19.3.24 all they saying is the head office is still investigating my case , someone from head office will call me , but they did not call me to tell me about a quote if i agree or not , tjoe hayi guys cell c , is messing me around i have been with cell c for over 10yrs i am so dissaponted and angry .... what now
