Some one Created a profile with my Personal Information & Opened a Contract with Cell C , I Have Contacted Cell C Numerous Times to inform them that I Have never requested a contract phone with them . when i call Contact center they refer me to their Branch & when I Visit the Branch they tell me to email My Documents to Customer Care . I Have been battling since May / June , instead they have handed me over to debt Collector who keep on calling me for the Arrears Amount
