d Service - Cell C

I have been trying for over a month to get Cell C to correct the amount of data that i have purchased on my 3 cell c contracts, i was given 190 ********** 83 as a second reference number. I made a call to the call center who could not help as the email was sent to their customer care and did not reflect on the system. How can you advertise something and when you purchase it, it does not reflect what you purchased not once but on several occasions? This is really bad service.
