I recently got called from Cell C direct and they thanked me for the being a loyal customer. Which is nice, The telesales person then went on about the latest special and it can delivered in a week. but what I did not appreciate was them telling me it could be delivered next week and they assumed that I wanted the special without actually asking....Tell me this....who sits waiting by their CELLPHONE for a call that will give us some fantastic new cellphone deal. If someone wants an additional contract / special, they will find it online....and not wait for a phone call. My BIG advice to all you telesales people....Ask first if you are interested in an additional contract or special........
