My handset was ****** 2 years ago, I couldn't do a Sim swap because those people were using my number. Fast track a year after am told I can't do a Sim swap, I need my old number. I've been going back and forth with cellc about this. I was told I couldn't do a Sim swap that time because it was still in use and now it's off am told it was given to someone else yet it's always off. On true caller it still shows my name so why can't I do a Sim swap
