Custumer service
Why have a store with peopele working there that does not seem to worry about custumer service , but are quick in selling you a contract.<br> Am for years a cell c prepaid customer , changed recently to a contract . Am not happy with the service at this branch or in richards Bay . Maby i should have changed to a diffrent network .All i asked for is to find out for me why my debbit order did not go off when it was due. <br> in return i got a rud answear that the lady can not help , i must phone customer service . So i ask why have thoes peapole working there.???
