Customers mean nothing to Cell C

I have been a loyal customer to Cell C for the past 8 years I currently have 3 active contracts with them, my main contract phone is due for an upgrade, I was told In can not upgrade due to my credit score being to low. I have been under debt review since 2016, in Dec 2016 and Dec 2018 Cell C upgraded my contract no problem now that I am debt free and paid all my debts even send Cell C a Debt Clearance certificate they refuse to upgrade by contract. I have not paid late or have any arrears on all my contracts. I have a perfect payment history with Cell C for the past 8 years. Stay away from Cell C THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE RUDE CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS I app**** for a new Contract at one of the other Cell Phone providers and all approved no issues. I am done with Cell C..........................................
