Customers get punished by inefficiency
Phone was ****** and can't get an ITC number to get phone blacklisted which means I can't claim from insurance. They say it will take 3 days! 3 days! What is the point of that - my information will be ****** by then and the phone out the country or re-used. Can't bear the stupidity of these systems that punish the customer.

10 Aug 2022, 11:40It's now been over 3 days since I tried to get an ITC number. Please - this is not fair. I had to pay for a new phone. I leave for the Eastern Cape next week and won't be able to report the case.

11 Aug 2022, 16:46Not good enough. I can't report it because I don't have an ITC number and I leave town on Monday and the police say I must go to Cape Town town police station to report it. So once I leave town I really am in an incredibly difficult situation. I have bought a new phone and I can't claim. How long must I bear with you?
