customers are being cuckolded

I ported my number from Vodacom to Cell C because of the monthly watsapp bundle of R12 for the whole month. The R12 amount increased to R15 but now the challenge is the R15 bundle is supposed to last the whole month like the R12 bundle did but no it only lasts for 9 days and what's even worse is when im at work I switch off my data and use wifi but still the bundle cant last at least half a month so I recharge the monthly bundle 3 times in a month even though it's substituted by wifi in between. I'm thinking I should port back my number to Vodacom as with them what you see is what you get they are not deceiving as Cell C.
