Customer support services Useless

Cell C Fibre customer support is useless they lose documents and they do not submit move orders or documents when you send it to them they lie over the phone and tell you that they have it submitted and sorted just to get you off the phone most of the time they sound like they are not really in the mood to assist their customers they chew whilst speaking to you or breath into the phone so it makes a hard noise in your ear... I will not rate their customer service as good and i will not recommend them to anyone. our company is one of their biggest customers as well and my company has agreed to also cancel their contract with them they have just lost two customers in one day!
