Customer SPAM, even when OPTED OUT
Cell C will continue to SPAM you with marketing Phone calls, even when your opted out of EVERYTHING. Phoned customer care to escalate this again, as this is not the first occurrence. All the agent is able to say is that he can see I'm opted out, and they should not have been able to phone me.
No investigation is ever done No reason for this the CAN-SPAM act violation No resolution to issue being experienced
This has been an ongoing issue since the start of my contract.

So you'r sending out my number to the different departments to remove me from their private database. Even though my profile (they have access too) states DO NOT CONTACT for promotions/marketing. Please integrate your IT systems, to ensure your able to better deliver on customer support.
