Customer Servie - Cancellation of expired contract

<p>Due to once again being caught out by the special rate on a contract ending upon expiration of said contract, I decided to cancel my contract with Cell C,</p> <p>I called in on the 27th of Sept 2016 and spoke with a consultant who stated that the contract would end by 27 October - with last payment also being deducted then. I requested for detail and confirmation to be emailed to myself...I have not yet received the required confirmation email,</p> <p>I subsequently sent a message in the 1st week of October via the Cell C site email option - stating my requirement as best I could with the limited characters allowed - and was today called back. The person calling (Sibusiso) had to transfer me to another department as he could not assist/ I then spoke to (Mokwena (?)), and after for the 2nd time having to detail my requirement, I was told that she could not assist me and would transfer me to Customer Care. Here I once again detailed my requirement and was told by (Nomtwelo(?)) that she also could not assist me and that she would transfer me to the Retentions dept. My call was dropped and even though I was supp**** with the direct number, I do not foresee myself after having spoken to 3 *********** Cell C agents, being shunted around by Cell C any longer.</p> <p>I would like to be supp**** with proof of cancellation of my Cell C contract (expired) and I want the assurance that post 27 October I will not have to deal with Cell C ever again - especially not for continuing Debit Orders on my cancelled contract.</p>
