Customer services is of No HELP

I have had no network connectivity since early this morning which is preventing me from working as I cannot make or receive calls, messages or OTP's. I have called in to the call center numerous times, kept on hold for ages and taking at least 5 minutes at a time before even speaking to an agent only to be told that I need to be transferred to the "Technical Department" each time and every since time I get disconnected instead of being transferred. The direct number I received for the technical dept is not a direct line but does to the normal IVR instead. Please assist urgently!
