I have just now for the third time clicked on the upgrade tab on the Cell C site. All three times I get a call telling me I requested a new contract. This time Sipho Maslanga told me to go to MTN or Vodacom. I have been a contract customer for 12 years and have updated my contract request on the site every two years. I think I may have to follow his advice. Your customer service staff do not care at all to assist the customer. Cell C customer service is a oxy*****.
