Customer Service terrible!!!!

After submitting a complaint on hellopeter a few weeks ago i have received a few random responses from Cell C with no results, conclusion or resolution! They keep on telling me that they have to listen to the voice recording between myself and the salesman but then conveniently cannot find the voice recording! I have been hearing this story for the past 3 months and it is not my fault that their systems do not record correctly! There has been way too much silence from their side and it really isn't difficult to see who is at fault here.
