Customer Service ...non-existence...

Cell C has the worst “customer service “ since it s non existent , the call centre is ti answer calls , they outsource debt collection but nobody can fix their very bad accounting administration , Best of all they do not reply to your emails because when they do it s a no reply service ... Covid 19 has just entrenched their bad attitudes to customer service ....i have all the proof & correspondence !!!
