customer service is non existed when sale is done

<p>I did an upgrade on my cell C contract, and recieved my upgraded phone today, but according to the upgrade document emailed to me as you can see attached I am to recieve a phone and a voucher, I only recieved a phone. apon calling cell c art 18 or more difrent times, Line gets cut or you get transfered or you speak to people who does not know how to spell their own name, but are in a customer care position, one lady awnserd the contact centre phone saying "helo, what you want" I was shocked, Since this morning ive been promised by line managers, call centre agents to call me back, nothing happens? Ive emailed people who said they need the documents wich they send me, I dont understand how they can send me the document, but reqeust me to send it to them? Ive mailed it but they dont even respond to say we recieved it or working on it, and i am still waiting? according to agents the dael they gave me dont even exist!!!! and they want to charge me R100 more per month without vouchers than whats advertised on their website! Psekano and Ntohambona from upgrades promised to have an awnser for me in a few min. but dont even reply on my mails! so I recieved the phone but not the vouchers? where is the vouchers? who stole my vouchers then?????</p>
