Customer service improvement

<p>On Saturday i went to Cell C Rosebank to upgrade my contract i was not impressed with the service especially towards the end of the sale. the guy who was assisting us was very patient but was rushed by one of the seniors i think her name is Promise which made it uneasy for him to even insert my screen protector properly, the reason for this query is to actually point out a few things. 1. a senior needs to help one of the sales reps during a sale instead of rushing them just to leave the store early. 2. No matter what time it is, as long as the customer is in the store you need to make sure that the sale is finalised properly. 3. the other thing is now i have to go back to the store to get this fixed during my time whereas it should've been done properly the first time. </p> <p> </p>
