Customer service

I had contracts with cell c, I have settled them for years now but status not updated to credit record. I called customer service and promise to update. Another day I called again one of the consulted advised to go to the nearest cell c store. I went to Meadowlands store I didn't get any assistant the guy was so very RUDE and tell me that he have nothing to assist because he's not working under Legal advisor and all he do is to assist people with opening new account.
