Customer service centre unhelpful

Yesterday I got a message on my phone telling me soeone had deactivated my number. I called Cell C to find out what was happening with my profile, had someone done a sim swap on my number or had anyone changed any details on my number. What a palava, spoke to 3 different folks ( having to start the story from the beginning each time) including I was told a team leader. At one point I was told to go to the police station ,to do what I don’t know ? Team leader was going to phone me back within a few minutes with feedback well it’s the following day now and still no call.

Will definitely be terminating my contract with Cell C today cos I can’t risk an unsecured mobile number and having a customer service that leaves much to be desired,
