Customer service bad

<p>It's just annoying that you go through extremes trying to get the service provider to assist on the product that they called you on and while you want to make changes you are taken from pilar to post. Branch staff members aren't very helpful at all . You call line is busy over two hours .Do we have to go through such channel on social media to get help.It's irritating like on a serious note. Then next things you handed over and you try by all means to avoid such however where do we go for help.</p> <p>I would like to change my account number that you debting from....</p> <p>Mxm</p>
