I had my Celphone ****** and needed to submit a claim to the Said insurance provider. I provided all my papers and waited. Then I called the provider again and was Met with Masego . Very pleasant very knowledgeable, very friendly. The assistance was overwhelming. When i asked questions via email i gt feedback. I knew exactly where my claim was and what was happening . I was informed of what the next process is and what to expect. I am now at a stage where i am only waiting to obtain my new device. I have no difficulty with the provider or Masego. The company should be proud to have an individual with that calibre in their employ. Thank you ! <br> <br>
