Cell C customer service is absolutely disgusting! I have been trying for the better part of 3 YEARS since my grandmother passed away to change contract ownership and NOTHING!! I have been CC'd in all emails while a gentleman at Cell C East Rand Mall is trying to help me, and even then their customer service doesnt even acknowledge the requests. If you are looking for a service provider, do yourself a favour and dont even bother with Cell C
