<p>I have a cellphone with CellC and the contract is under my mom. I lost my cellphone last year July and it Took them 4months to replace it. I accidentally dropped the phone in water a couple of months ago, took in the phone for repairs at carnival mall on the 23rd of June till this day I haven't received any help or feedback, when I call the CellSure I was told that they don't have the IMEI number of my fone as it was not updated on the system when the fone was replaced. I was then advised to go get the IMEI number where I had bought the phone (Eastrand Mall), my mom went to East rand mall today and she was very much disrespected by a lady called Randell/Adele who told her that it wasn't their case the phone didn't have a IMEI number, my mom should go to carnival mall. When she got to carnival mall, she was not helped at all, even the manager(Busi) was useless. My mom pays an amount of +_700 every month and she has never missed any payment, but imagine if she would miss a payment CELLC would be on her case and get her blacklisted. I am rather disgusted, ashamed and disappointed with cellc. This is totally wrong, as soon as this contract expires I am cutting all ties with Cellc and I would not advise anyone to get anything with this company it knows nothing about customer service and their staff is not well trained. I am going to make sure I expose CellC on all social media platforms they must be known for their ******* service. </p>
