I have lost my phone and now need to do a sim swap, but a sim swap cannot be done without knowing the last five numbers that you dialed, what is the point if they can verify that you are the correct person owning the number but cannot proceed with the sim swap.

09 Nov 2022, 14:28Yes, I quite understand the procedure but note our job roles differ as it needs me to contact clients, the reason for providing numbers that I won't remember, and for the past 2 weeks, I am not reachable as it is my main number to be contacted by clients and receiving OTP pins for personal and work-related so by not be able to get my number back any time soon is affecting my job and I believe we respect our jobs as a source of income to live and it won't be nice if I lose my job.
My number was +***4 and I don't have an unregistered sim card hence I went to the store to do the sim swap
