Customer Service!!!

I laid a complaint with Cell C on the 23rd Feb 2015, I then received an email stating that i will be contacted in 2 business days by someone from Cell C. I then called in on the 2nd March 2015 and spoke to a consultant who flatly said that she cannot help me. I asked her to put me through to her Supervisor or Manager, she said her Supervisor Thuli (Durban Call Center) is busy but will call me back in 30min. That NEVER happen. I then called in again and immediately asked for a Supervisor. I was then transferred to Komotso (JHB Call Center) who listened to what i had to say and said she will follow up and get back to me. I'm still waiting for her!!!<br> I called again this morning 24th March, 1 Month after my initial Complaint and still no one from Cell C has contacted me regarding anything! Where is the customer service? I speak to these USELESS call center agents and their attitudes are pathetic.<br> I have a reference number for my Complaint ***.<br> I think i should also put up a Banner, i am absolutely tired of the Service level at Cell C.<br> Not a single call from Cell C after 1 solid month.<br> Absolutely Pathetic service.<br> I will be posting this on all other social media platforms as well
