I am so disgusted in cell c really they are taking direct debits without authorisation as I have made an arrangement paying the bill with the next month then they took a debit without me authorizing it. This is ********** taking a payment that I have not authorized I have set up a direct debit why can't you take the payment when we agreed and why do. You just enter into my account and take payments. It's really unacceptable I am not happy about this. Never experienced such poor service my other contract providers don't go into taking payments from my account without me authorizing the payments. And when a person complain to cell c nothing happens as those who work for cell c need training.
