On the 30/12/17 i have cancelled my cell c contract I have paid the cancellation fees but contract was cancelled. on checking my account statements yesterday I realised I was being debited from January to date. i enquired to cell c who said the contract was not cancelled. I have proof of payment of cancellation. cell c r ripping customers off.

02 May 2018, 19:25still unhappy with cell c will not take a contract again poor service from the cell c store and cell c customer care. their poor service cannot impact a customer. I will not advise family and friends to use cell c as a service provider going forward

08 May 2018, 17:15i have been to the store. cell c should pull out telephone recordings on the day and check who the consultant spoke to. it's not about the money but poor service from cell c. this could be happening to many customers which is not right. i have friends who have the same problem with cell c. service is extremely poor

09 May 2018, 10:15As you were advised by Thabisile for verification purposes you need to provide a reference number. Pulling out call recordings is not a problem but you are not providing what is required in order to proceed with the investigations.

I am going to take this further. i will put it on social media and whoever has had same or similar experiences with cell c we will take action.
