Customer satisfaction by employee

Very much impressed by Isaac Chetty, a consultant at Cell C I'langa Mall, Mbombela. This guy knows his stuff!!! Recently acquired a Huawei P20 & being new to the brand I had to often ask for assistance. All the other consultants could not assist and they would refer me to Isaac. No technical query that I brought to him that he didn't solve! Using the phone, linking it to other devices, including Apple devices! He's just brilliant! And he does all that with a smile! If I were Cell C I would give him a package that no other network can compete with, as because of his service, customers will flood to that shop. THANK YOU Isaac Chetty, best wishes in your career.
