Customer satisfaction and response time to dissatisfaction

<p>I had a complaint at a store in witbank and the manager portrayed disgusting behavior and one of the store consultants stepped in and was a great help. He acted the role the manager failed to portray and I would like to thank Vusimuzi immensely and I wish cell c can give you recognition for what you did. </p> <p>My matter escalated to Mr Moses Mo***eng who sits at the Joburg head office and he helped me within a few minutes, literally! A big big thank you to Vusimuzi from Witbank and to Moses Mo***eng from Joburg. You guys are such stars! I cant thank you enough. Thank you :)</p>
