Customer *******

I took a contract with cell c in June 2015 ( 1 GB Huawei mate 7 Gold ) for R 389 per month. cell c keeps billing me R 630 for the contract. every month I get a statement I have to call cell c to fix this. they always tell me its a billing error. 10months later I still have the same problem. I even called the customer service in December 2015 and asked to speak with the supervisor. they promised this will be fixed, said they will escalate the query to the billing department to load the discount.<br> <br> even today - I still get the statement with the wrong subscription of R 630. but my contract clearly state that I should pay R 389 per month.<br> <br> cell c always debits my account and when I stop the debit order they just change their reference and request the debit order again. <br> <br> At some point they even handed my account over to Legal for collections. they way they are so stupid - they will hand you over for an error that is on their side. <br> <br> This company is a scheme and they ******* their customers.<br> <br> anyone reading this complain, please!!!!! DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY.<br> <br> I have decided to proceed with legal actions against them.<br>
