Customer requests repeatedly ignored.

I have paid off my cell c contract in March 2017 and have been waiting for a settlement letter to be sent to me from cell c since 2017 -since logging a complaint on hellopeter, all I get are further emails from them stating that they are working on my request with incident numbers and when you call the call centre for feedback and provide them these incident numbers - the agents tell you that those numbers don’t exist so why give them to your clients on email when it serves no purpose. Its been over one year that I have been requesting for assistance with no feedback, neither do they keep to their turn around times of 24-48 hours. Cell c has been very uncooperative and you have to hold on for hours to get to their legal dept -appears to be never available for their clients, I will definitely ensure that all of my family members & friends never take out contracts with cell c due to the poor standard of service shown to loyal contract customers .
