Customer refund query still not resolved.
What is happening at Cell C's CEO desk Jorge Mendes??? You are almost a year in this role but under your leadership you can't resolve a helpdesk query,,,,
My query is still not resolved since 28th February 2024.
What is the next step seeing that posting on Hello Peter didn't bring any justice, although these review messages or matters are referred directly to the ceo desk, and it still doesn't get resolved. Everyone whom has pick it up thus far are incapable of resolving this particular issue. If I am not mistaken this query has been ongoing for 56days.
How can a consumer have confidence in a brand where the current top leadership is more questionable then the subordinates.
