Customer management

<p>Good Day to whom it may concern, i am never one to resort to social media for complaints because i still believe in customer experience being dealt with properly and professionally no matter what, i have a contract with Cell C which just came to an end and while trying to get assistance from an individual through the contact center(whose name i will not reveal on this platform) i received from her, it was absolutely appauling and i was beyond shocked by the language and manner in which she handled the call who even blatantly refused to put me through to her available superior or team leader., in this instance i am not escalating Cell C the business but i want to escalate the level of disgusting service i have received not once but twice. i believe their calls are managed and recorded and i would like to have this dealt with as the business as well is *****ed badly.</p>
