customer harassment

just when I thought problem is solved I received a message from MDB today saying "your cell c acc has been handed over to for collection after I paid to MDB on the 18/06/21 and sent them a proof of payment. I also phoned MDB the next day and they checked on the computer and assure me that my account is clear. I am not sure what else I can do Please advise
