Customer focus is not a priority

After i complained on hello peter i was contacted by Cell c informing me that they would have to listen to the recording before they can make a decision on whether they fetching their ******* (tablet) or not. Through out the holidays i've been calling Cell c like a mad woman trying to find out what the hell is going on.<br> <br> These people are trying to force me into this contract and its not going to HAPPEN. If they don't come fetch this demon of theirs by the 15 January 2016 i a taking this to the consumer rights. This is ********!!!
