Customer feedback non existant

Despite supplying 6 months bank statements as well as proof of pension and ID plus proof of residence all I get is a non committed attitude and get told they need to do a credit check for a mere R159 data contract.<br> I then get told that they will phone me back which they have not done and when I try to phone them the phone just rings and rings as they cannot bother to pick it up.<br> In my book this is really shoddy and unprofessional service.
