Customer feedback is important

Im still waiting for my feedback from Gugù in social media dept..i was listed by cell c saying i have n outstanding amount and i sent in prove that i paid n since last year im still waiting for the outcome..Gugu calls back when she remembers n not the time she said she will call..cell c customer service is very poor..she was fealing with my case but now she is quiet..can i please have the outcome
