Customer experience non existent at Cell C

On Monday my mother received a call from a debt collector regarding my late fathers estate. I personally handed my fathers death certificate in at cell C Atlantic mall . In addition to that I spoke to Bongani on the 06th of July and send him the death certificate and id passport as requested . I called cell c legal department twice yesterday to inquire about the call that was made. After 20 minutes when no one answered the call i hung up as the call is an expense to me. The same thing happened today. In addition to that i send 2 emails and requested that someone in the legal department contact me. I never received any call as requested or confirmation of email send. On the 06th Bongani was supposed to confirm the email, nothing happened. The email i send yesterday no response. The contact centre can't help, the legal department is the only one that can help. It is a reality that they have no idea what client experience or cx is about. If your contact centre gets scored on first time call resolution, efficiency , staffing and meeting the clients need then you score 1 according to the matrix. The unintended consequence of you not making contact with me is fine, my Dads estate is about to be finalized.You can write the amount off seeing that you show no interest to resolve the matter.

This is pathetic service.
