Customer disservice

Cell C may have been a good idea but unfortunately they run business like a ****a shop. I have never not once got satisfaction from their customer services dept. I had a fiber to home contract that I terminated due to bad service, however, cell c never terminated it on their side I wrote emails to this effect but no response whenever I called I was sent pillar to post with no solution. This continued and needless to say I am now on credit bureau for service I never got to use...and to save myself from trauma I've had to pay up the remainder of the contract with now the legal fees (R5519.24) etc. Today, my struggle is getting a paid-up letter from Cell C again I have to go around in circles with no assistance. I am definitely taking this service ombudsman desk
