Customer dissatisfaction
After being a customer with Cell C for many years, i am completely disappointed and frustrated with how shocking and poor their customer service is ! Contract was up for renewal today, decided to go to Cell C in pav and their service was absolutely appalling. All they could say was sorry we have no stock and can't help you , we decided to cancel our contracts and move across to Vodacome as they were extremely helpful but Cell C was unwilling to assist and changed the price of cancelation 3 times(surely this should be a set fee). Not only are we disappointed in cell c but the way in which their employees interacted with us made us seem that we were the problem and they didn't have the time of day to deal with us. I have never been in a mid conversation with someone who decided to take multiple phonecalls and lose interest in a customer standing right in front of them
