Hi, I "Mthokozisi Mfundo Gumede" using Cell C as my service provider and have been for the past 5 years. During this difficult time of South Lockdown my family have been complaining about their coverage which is affected whereas mine was working smoothly. Out of my concern I called the Customer Care Technical Department and spoke to one of the Agent who shared some important information about upgrading of the Network coverage to 5G which might cause some connection issues from time to time. The agent was very helpful and educated me a lot of how it works along with advantages and disadvantages. I was truly amazed and I shared the information with my family which is using other service provider, but they were so grateful and amazing about such information being shared.
I salute Cell C for ensuring that we as Customers are not affected by the National Lockdown whereby they offer full services to us as their customers.
