Customer Complain on CellC

I have problem with this Network that has started recently. My Cell C sim card just turned off on ny phone and i have tried to restart my Phone but still it is not switching on. I therefore called CellC customer care and i was advised to go to a CellC store and do a Sim swap. Today (05.12.2022) i am from the CellC store at Lakeside Mall in Benoni and i was not Happy at All. The two ladies who assisted me didn't even show interest on Helping Me. They asked for my ID and Cell C number after providing them with what they had Asked i was told the Number doesn't Match with My Name meaning its someone elses number who registered that number with a Passport and I have an ID. I am so Frustrated because I've been using that number fo so long. It is also linked with my Bank and now there has been money coming out from my Standard and i cannot recieve any Sms's regarding withdrawals from my Account. Please Kindly Assist ASAP.
