Customer Care needs and upgrade

<p>I have been on the phone with Cell C Custorme Care and Upgrades the most of last week to migrate my account and I am still waiting for someone to actually help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to Cell C adverti*****t they provide a superior product but this is not the case with their Customer Care. Guys you are falling totally short in this department.</p> <p> </p> <p>PS: This weekend I went into a Cell C store in Brooklyn to see if they can help. Again nothing but what should be worrying is when I said I want to complain, where should I go, their answer was to list Cell C on Hellopeter. So much for loyalty.</p>
