Customer care

<p>I phoned Customer care for the last 4 MONTHS to change my debet order date as my sallery date changed. I requested for them to make it te 3rd but they adviced me that the debit order dates that they can use is the last day of the month or the 15th. I asked them for the last 4 monthes to change it to the 15th but to no avail they still try to deduct the money on the last day of every month and then charges me an extra R70 for failed debit order. Now, to no fault of my own, my contract is due for upgrade but they want to DOWNGRADE me due to my credit score. I feel this is not fair as I did phone them and made prior arrangements. When i call the call centre they advice you that calls are recorded for quality control but if I request them to get me the recordings they have a lot of excusess... CELL C SEEMS TO PROMISE ALOT BUT CANT DELIVER ANY SERVICE AT ALL!!!</p>
