Customer care!!! :(

I am disgusted with the service delivery I have received from cell c!!!<br> I have been with cell c for the past 5 years or more.....I have 3 lines with you guys which is paid up on a debit order......I have confirmed this numerous times already including today...the problem comes inn were I have been to the bank 2 weeks ago and upon doing a credit check they inform me that I am in arrears with cell c... REALLY NOW GUYS!!!...my account is on a debit order and paid up in full...I even have a letter from a customer care consultant of yours confirming this in writing and I have confirmed it over the phone aswell...but this letter and me confirming with you over the phone does not help me at all...why am I reflecting on the banks credit vetting that I last paid you guys in july???........why is that not upto date???who updates these payments with regards to credit vetting?????is there anyone out there that can help me???........I am really frustrated and even gone to the extent of cancelling 1 of my lines today that was due for an upgrade......do you even have a legal department coz nobody ever answers??
