Customer care ?

A few weeks ago I complained about call dropping, no network coverage, not registered on network etc.....<br> Yes they did call me and suggested it might be my phone... strange that it happens on all 4 my contract phones with cell c.<br> After promising a technician will come test my signal ( can't see that helping as i travel all over the west coast) and erect a tower if the problem persists.<br> He then asks me to go to cell c in the mall where i bought my phone to get a loan phone to see if the problem goes away. Like a fool I go down to cell c only to be told that they only do loan phones if i send my phone in for repair.<br> Serious lack of communication on their side.<br> <br> Never mind all my friends on cell c in the area - strange that all our phones have the same problem !!!
