Nomthandazo Khumalo at the Cell C upgrade department really lives the meaning of Customer Care. She made everything during my upgrades seem so smooth and was on the ball with efficency. With an employee like this Cell C will have customers for keeps who goes through her customer service. Well done and keep up the good work!
